How to Delete Your Mentorium Account
If you wish to delete your Mentorium account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request Deletion via Email
To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email to:
For security reasons, your email must include the following:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Email: Must be sent from the email address registered with your Mentorium account.
- Confirmation: A clear statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Happens After Deletion?
Once we receive and verify your request:
- All your personal information, including your name, email, and password, will be removed.
- All data you have entered (Client Data, session notes, attendance, etc.) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Your active subscriptions (if any) will be canceled, though we recommend canceling them through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) first to avoid further charges during the processing period.
We typically process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.
